UCSC GENE table cdsStartStat, csEndStat SQP type 설명

아 cdsStartStat과 cdsEndStat의 필드의 데이터가 enum('none', 'unk', 'incmpl', 'cmpl')로 되어 있는지 첨 알았다. 항상 exonStarts와 exonEnds와 같은 형식으로 되어있는줄 알았는데 parsing 하다보니까 알게됐네.. 


이 enum('none', 'unk', 'incmpl', 'cmpl') 는 뭐야 도대체..

• unk - unknown - not known if CDS start/end is complete.
• incmpl - the CDS start/end is incomplete
• cmpl - the CDS start/end is complete.
